LIFE UNIVERSECITY – JDFOUNDATION FUND

On the 18th of May 2019 Life Universecity LC launched its JDFoundation. The Faculty and Regents of LifeUand JDF team members have been particularly excited about the future of the project.
For the next stage, we will be seeking a Royal Patronage for our Cause. He or she will be someone who shares our passion to support Limb-loss and Disfigured individuals and their families as well as support for building a strong and resourceful LULC Alumni resource. This will be a major encouragement in raising awareness and boosting morals.

LAUNCH DAY 18th May 2018
We had around 20 people in attendance on the day. The event was a follow on from the Class of 2019 Graduation Ceremony and Reception.
The inset picture shows the recipients of our first JDF Alumni funding.
We collected $125 on the day and donated the funds to Posthumus Alumni Dwayne Williams (aka ‘JD’) family

March represents a season of fresh hope
It seems like only yesterday we all said hello to the Month of January as the start of a new year, but already so many have encountered situations and circumstances that have them feeling like, “If only I could start all over again.” Now, If that is you, here is the good news “YOU CAN”. You can simply choose to start all over again. How? you may ask. Well, one way would be to use the idea that like March which represents new hope for the fresh blooms springing forth from the cold, rough, dark, sleepy days. Even so, you will you allow yourself to feel into the idea of vitality budding from within, and hold that awareness until the wars subside; your new year has begun again, and soon your days will become lighter, and brighter.

Life Universecity LC Fieldtrip to Bristol Water Blagdon Plant site, Blagdon, Somerset. UK
On the 19th March, LifeU student had the opportunity to visit Bristol Water old Plant and trout rearing site in Blagdon. We had opportunities to look around the massive machinery, sit in presentations, visit the local reservoir nearby, view the trouts in the pens and meet with several BW staff, Water Scientists and Community Affairs Manager as well as CEO, Mel Karam (see pics below and link to ‘Social Contract’ Bristol Water newest community initiative)

From my first encounter with Rev Palmer and Breathology I knew deep down that this would help me and it was what my soul and body was searching for in a quest to heal. I was not disappointed.I was diagnosed with a paralysed right diaphragm and researched that breathing exercises would help me so Breathology seemed like the answer.
I got more than proper breathing exercises from joining LifeU, I got a new lease on life, I got answers to many of life’s challenges and coping mechanisms that would remain with me throughout the rest of my experience on earth as LIFE experiences itself through me.
I moved from focusing on dis-ease to focusing on wellbeing. I moved from questions to answers, from challenges to solutions.
I have learnt so very much and I thank Rev Palmer for answering, obeying and following LIFE’s call for her earth experience. I have absolutely no hesitation in encouraging everyone to attend LifeU and learn about your body, spirit and soul. These courses should be standard in schools at primary, secondary, college and six form straight through to University because with an understanding of yourself and LIFE like this you will only excel. I am sorry that I never discovered this earlier in my experience but I am grateful that I found it now.

When I look back to where I was a few years ago, to where i am now… all I can say is ‘Transformation’✨😊
I have learnt So much.. from the Importance of Soul Health, for Overall Health and Wellbeing, Conscious Awareness, Scientific Insights, the Importance of Understanding how our organ’s function..One of the highlights for me, has been ‘Breathology’..i have learnt how to breathe correctly..to Appreciate My Breath..as Breath is LIFE, LIFE is Breath.. Breathing Me✨. .what a phenomenon, I will never take My Breath for granted again ..23,040 breaths a day✨
Our classes are always jam-packed with interesting and challenging insights, giving me the skills and tools to use as i navigate my journey.
These classes have transformed my mindset.. causing me to become Consciously Aware and able to operate on a higher frequency. Also to become the Best Mother I can be to my 2 girls.

Abundant life vs lots of Money
Jesus the Christ, reportedly said, “I have come that you might have life and that you may have it more abundantly.” I would like to ask you to read the verse again, but perhaps a little slower this time around. And as you read I am asking you to please take notice if you find the mention of money or things. Of course, you will find that he did not and that there is not. There is not the slightest hint of money there. Yet, so many preachers and teachers, and people peddling their wares over the years have all used this verse to imply that the Master Teacher was talking about money. But, he was not.
You and I know that Life carries no purse. Yet, it is the stuff by which everything is made, being uncontainable, lucid, unembellished, and of unmeasurable value. It alone remains constant in an ever-changing, depreciating, world of form.
Money has the value-worth humanity ascribes it. It has been said that money saves time, but many people spend their precious time trying to conserve it. And others are frustrated because the money they accumulated over time, is constantly being spent. We find that the value of money fluctuates gets revised and changed with time. It is this exchangeable commodity of usefulness between peoples, and a means of creating and maintaining a balance in society.
Money has become a vehicle of exchange, a worldwide transportation for acquiring goods, service, and personal worth. And in some cases, money is the personal atlas by which a man may ignorantly map out for himself a world, organized around the amount of money he possesses. Eventually, he spends it all, but mostly he may leave it all.
Abundant life is limitless, it is the birthright of each. Abundant life is a state. Our conscious appreciation and gratitude for life in each breath is the opportunity life uses to realize abundance within, providing amazing experiences and expressions of life.
Festivals of Light in a Season of Darkness
November, December, Winter, days are shorter, evenings darker, and depending on where you live, the weather is considerably colder too. Yet it is during this season that we most celebrate the rich luminosity of lights. From the oil lamps and candlelights of Diwali, fireworks on Bonfire night, the flickering glow of small tea lights hidden inside scary-faced pumpkins, larger crackling fires of the Winter Solstice, the nine-lights lampstands of Hanukkah, or the twinkling bulbs of Christmas, to the seven candles lit each day for the Sabba of Kwanzaa.
And so, for any going through a restless dark night of the soul this winter, 
these festivals of lights are invitations to share in the warmth and glow of The Light and to brighten the path on the journey of Life.
At this juncture, let us call to mind that great Master Teacher who said, “I am the Light of the world.” It is this light that lights everyone at birth. And furthermore, we are told that we are the lights of a city set on a hill. We came here loaded with light. Therefore, comprehend your shine. And as we own our light, we shine a path for others to see and so find their way through the darkness.

The Call of Life
The call of life can be heard in each breath we take
But what really matters is how well we participate in its call.
Are we even aware of its coming and goings?
or are we simply wasting precious life moments in endless, mindless chatter and cares of this world?
But, if we would hush for a moment, and, become very still, and listen
Listen, without adding a story, we’d hear Life’s sweet call.
Just listen.
